A little about me....I am a 24 year old stay at home mother of two boys under 5. I value the time I get to spend with my children and I am blessed with each and every day that I do not have to send them to day care. I was born and raised in Colorado. This is my way of contributing to my family. I started cutting the corners off of baggies when I was 8 years old and decorating cakes with runny confectioners sugar and milk. Little did I know then that there was a good recipe for piping and a proper way to do it. I grew up baking. And about 3 years ago I took cake decorating classes. I was thrilled to learn so much and felt like I was re-learning what I mostly knew. I started selling cakes soon there after. I have a true love for what I do. Soon after I discovered how much fun I had working with chocolate. When I learned how to do a transfer my decorating took a whole new form. I have very high hopes that someday I will have the knowledge and by all means the courage to go fourth and open a bakery. I idolize all the shows on TV about cake decorating.
